Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the services provided by our mobile repair shop. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of our services. By availing our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
a. Our mobile repair shop offers repair and maintenance services for various mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
b. The services provided may include but are not limited to screen replacements, battery replacements, software updates, and hardware repairs.
2. Service Requests:
a. To avail our services, you must submit a service request specifying the issue and the mobile device details.
b. We reserve the right to refuse service requests that are beyond the scope of our capabilities or violate any applicable laws.
3. Estimates and Pricing:
a. We will provide an estimate of the repair cost based on the information provided. The final cost may vary after an inspection of the device.
b. All prices quoted are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Device Inspection:
a. Upon receiving the device, our technicians will inspect it thoroughly to identify the issues and provide an accurate estimate.
b. In some cases, the device may need to be disassembled, which may void the manufacturer's warranty. We are not responsible for any warranty claims after disassembly.
5. Repair Timeframe:
a. We strive to complete repairs within the estimated timeframe. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
b. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any delays and provide an updated repair completion date.
6. Replacement Parts and Warranty:
a. We use high-quality replacement parts for repairs, which may include original or third-party components.
b. Repairs and replacement parts are covered by a 90 (ninety)-day warranty against defects or failure under normal usage.
c. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications by the customer.
7. Data and Privacy:
a. It is your responsibility to back up all personal data before providing your device for repair. We are not liable for any data loss.
b. We will take reasonable measures to protect your data and ensure privacy during the repair process.
a. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
b. We are not liable for any pre-existing issues or damages that are unrelated to the repair service provided.
9. Customer Responsibilities:
a. You must provide accurate and complete information about the device and the issue to the best of your knowledge.
b. You are responsible for any charges incurred for shipping or transportation of the device.
a. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice.
b. Upon termination, you are responsible for collecting your device within 30 (thirty) days, failing which we may dispose of it without any liability.
11. Governing Law:
This Agreement is bound by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. In the event of any disputes arising from this Agreement, they will be exclusively handled by the courts within the United States.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
